You are making income? If yes, please take $5 of that and buy this game. If not, i feel sorry for you and hope things work out.

Because there is no MAC version. Only Windows & Mobile.

Roblox makes anything that youtube videos show. Just look through the places, you'll find minecraft, tower defense, you name it. Plus with Roblox, all the premium stuff is paid with Roblox and/or Builder. And that costs way more then $5.

If you can't afford to pay $5 or have your parents spend it, why are you here?

The update or the game? Because the update is most likely going to be free for owners and the game costs $5. Plus, there are more expensive games out there and games that are typically $5 are either on sale or have been out for years.

It would only lead to just muting the entire lobby.

Another suggestion, in the bottom left, add the player list with their signal strength. That way, it can be easier to tell if they are lagging or if it's the entire room. Those who quit, their box can be gray, but everyone else is shown. No indicator if dead or alive.

Like every horror game out there.

Most of us didn't even know the game existed until Youtubers played it.

No, not in a public lobby. All you get is

  • ear-rape
  • someone being annoying with music, sound effects
  • possible meta gaming from ghosts
  • sore losers/toxic players
  • Background noises that shouldn't be heard.

While i'm not for tournaments, i agree. Being able to spectate while dead or joining if someone quits out should already be in the game. But you can only use it after your tasks are done. That way, you can know who's ignoring tasks.

And the only mods out there would be

  • Impostor kill cooldown is 1 second.
  • Walk through walls.
  • Sabotage timer starts at 5 seconds (or 1).
  • Completing 1 task completes all your tasks.
  • The impostor is always revealed on my screen.

I've played one match where some hacker changed player colors. They were also walking outside the map.

How many youtubers do you watch that have over a million subs? Just like here, those subs fill that youtuber's inbox with comment after comment after comment. That's typically why you'll only see them focusing on their latest upload before moving on.

How? That would require more effort then how many would be playing it without emulation.

If you're having this much trouble opening something that a few clicks and a shortcut can do for you, then i can only imagine how much you're going to struggle to figure out how the menus work.

It should only be effective when there are 10 players in the lobby. That way, it teaches players to stop quitting out (or being sore loser). But the percentage should be 2% for everyone else and 2% less for the impostor(s).

And what part of that actually mentioned who they are?

You do know that many Youtubers were the ones who made this game popular.

CallMeKevin, RTgame, DangerouslyFunny, Blitz

and there are even more out there, but i don't watch those channels.

Maybe if InnerSloth had a team that approves them. Like how Roblox has a team that moderates every image you upload.

Wouldn't work in 1 impostor games. Actually wouldn't work at all. Because the impostors can speak to each other and can't move when chatting. Sus may result.

I would suggest a crewmate comms. But they can use it to figure out the impostors.

You should join a discord server where they don't allow meta gaming. Once dead, they can't talk except among each other through text chat.

They could remove ghost chat.

Horrible idea.  That's like saying the new level will be free to Steam Owners but mobile players will have to buy it.

Among Us uses sprites for everything you see on the map.

The maps would need to be resized and re-balanced to make 25 players work.

Not to mention server stability. If any player is playing on mobile with a poor signal, how do you think that's going to look on both sides?

And let's not forget meetings. How would that even be able to work with 25 players? Sure, discord Voice Channels might be able to make it work. But for textchat, it's going to be a cluster fest.

And 1 imposter games would be too hard for majority of the players. Think about it:

  • The visual task bar overall progress would be going up even slower. Whether you have 1 task or are at the max limit.
  • Players can stick together in a big group. Hard for the impostor to put sus on anyone else when 60% of the alive players were all together.
  • There would be so many sore losers in public lobbies. Quitters, ratting out, ect.

The positives?

  • When alot of players are grouped on top of each other, the impostor can kill and they might not be able to figure it out.
  • Being able to say sus without evidence might actually work.

One suggestion i forgot to include is for freeplay. All the dummies do is stand there and when you self report, they just vote randomly. Perhaps a setting could be made to allow you to set the freeplay settings (like an online lobby), give the dummies tasks along with impostor and let it play out.

Thank you. Never knew that.

How would that work in a 2d style game? Plus, it makes it so much easier for the imposter(s) to kill and not be seen.

If this is even going to happen, the kill cooldown has to be on max while the amount of tasks are on max.

Only problem is, some use bots. CallMeKevin made a video showing off an auto kill bot where all he had to do is press 0 and it would spam Q, the kill button.

I hope so also. My laptop is from 2013. Intel i3, windows 8.1, with 1.9 GHz. Because when any game surpasses that, it plays as a potato.

Imagine the downvoters getting upset about a FREE new game when the ORIGINAL is $5.

It's RNG based. If you play 2 imposter games, there's more chance for 2 other players to be chosen.

One player i've played with gotten it 3 times in a row. The 4th game they weren't and we voted them out.

If "Visual Tasks" are turned OFF, it doesn't show the progress bar. Same for tasks like Weapons & Medbay Scan & Storage Trash Dump.

Pointless when the lobby is set to public.

Thank the youtubers. If none of them played it, Among Us wouldn't have became what it is.

I agree. While in theory, it's great for those of us with 1 viewer. But there are so many smaller channels out there that it would be too much work for the developer.

Some suggestions i have

  • Allow lobby hosts to change the map and the amount of impostors after each game. That way, the lobby doesn't have to disband.
  • Add a player report option so that we can report players who are sore losers (meaning they quit when they don't get impostor at the start of the match, quit because they were killed, or quit because their time as impostor came to an end).
  • Add more keybinds. The chat doesn't have one and maybe the tasks screen can have some. Also, show players the keybinds. How many know that TAB opens the map, E for Use/Sabotage/Vent, and Q is to kill? Probably 5% at best.
  • Punish the players who quit out more with more tasks or longer sabotage/kill times so that it can teach them not to quit.
  • Allow an option to be able to let the amount of tasks in the lobby decide the kill cooldown. It's rather annoying when there are 7 tasks and the kill cooldown is 10 seconds.
  • Allow an option that can add more tasks or even all tasks on the map.
  • Add a map editor so that players can make their own maps. And allow map reporting for those who just want to be cruel with their maps.
  • Allow ghosts to see the list of players and view their remaining tasks.
  • Add an option when reporting the dead body to allow the game to say where you found it. This can help those who may not know the map.
  • Add an option that randomizes the lobby settings. When this is on (can't be turned off by the computer), it shows all the settings at ??? and at the end of the match, the settings are revealed.
  • When at meetings, if you were on the doorlog, vitals, or security cameras, allow the player to present the last 10 seconds as evidence.
  • When there are 2 or more dead bodies on the map and a meeting is called or a body is reported, don't have the other bodies disappear. This can allow for others to find the body.
